Friendly staff made the difference

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, often going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast offered tasty options.

However, the overall cleanliness of our room left much to be desired—specifically, the floors appeared unvacuumed, and we even encountered difficulty with the TV remote.

Great staff, but some misses

So, the staff was super chill and helpful, really made things easier. The free breakfast was decent—those sweet rolls hit the spot! Just wish the elevator wasn't on the fritz. lugging our bags down the stairs wasn’t fun. Oh, and the room needed a little more TLC in the cleaning dept.

Check-in mishaps resulted in my brother-in-law’s name remaining on the reservation, despite using my Priority Card. The TV remote situation was frustrating. it took three attempts to get one that worked. The highlight was the breakfast, with perfectly crisp bacon and tasty sweet rolls, but the broken pancake machine disappointed guests, particularly kids. A bright spot was the staff, who were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The elevator situation was a hassle, being down creates real trouble when carrying luggage!!! The TV remotes were a nightmare to deal with, and the shower faucet needs clearer instructions to avoid confusion!!! Not what I expected.

Our stay was enjoyable, especially since we had our kids with us. We loved relaxing and watching shows on the 32-inch flat panel TV in our spacious room. Additionally, the nearby Pelican Bay Aquatic Center kept the little ones entertained and happy!

Had a great time with friends. The hotel is near the Oak Tree Golf Club, which was an awesome day out. We also checked out the Pelican Bay Aquatic Center – perfect for some relaxation after our adventures. The room came with a 32-inch flat panel TV, making it easy to kick back and enjoy our favorite shows after a busy day. Perfect spot for a fun getaway!

One downside was that the bathroom could have been cleaner. We noticed some spots that didn't seem to be properly attended to, which was a bit disappointing.

The Holiday Inn Express provided a spacious, clean room, which was well-furnished and allowed for a comfortable stay during my business trip. The breakfast offered a standard HI Express selection, including a nice assortment of items. Staff members were attentive and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout my time there, ensuring I had everything I needed.
